1. What was the most exciting thing that happened to you in 2013?
There are too many to name just one! I graduated university, successfully completed two AMAZING magazines internships, went to New York City to go on job interviews, freelanced for amazing publications (including my own full page beauty spreads), had my own mini segment on CityTV for Toronto fashion week, made a ton of new friends and started playing volleyball again. Wow. I’ve accomplished a lot this year.
2. What was your favourite video you filmed this year?
New York City trip. Hands down, the best time of my entire life.
3. Best YouTube video of 2013?
I wouldn’t say this is the BEST video, but I discovered Superwoman this year and fell in love with her humour.

4. What was your favourite new product in 2013?
I chose five.

5. What new thing are you glad you tried in 2013?
Surfing in Tofino. Even though I almost got eaten by sharks and pulled under by rip-tides, I conquered my fear of deep water and I survived. Will I ever do it again? NOPE!
6. What’s the most important lesson you learned in 2013?
Things get worse before they get better.
7. What was the best movie of 2013?
From the top of my head I’d say “World War Z,” “Stuck In Love” and “The To-Do List.” All have thoroughly entertained me.
8. Best song?
Downtown – Lady Antebellum
This song has many good memories of the year attached to it.
9. Best TV show?
I’m choosing a handful.
New Girl, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Project Runway All-Stars, Amazing Race Canada, Parks and Recreation, Greys Anatomy annnnnnnnd Friday Night Lights.
10. What one product do you hope someone releases in 2013?
I’ve noticed my face has A LOT of redness. Probably have to do with acne scars and stress. There are probably a ton of products out there to help reduce redness, but I haven’t found a holy grail. If you know, PLEASE let me know in the comments below!
